With 15 years of personal training experience I can help get you the results you need and deserve! I am a former student at the University at Buffalo in the Exercise Science program and hold a national personal training certification thru NSCA. Additionally I have certifications in TRX, Mat Pilates, Group Cycling, Body Pump, Silver Sneakers and more. My personal training experience includes individual, group, bootcamps and specialized training for those clients who may have special needs. As the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Village Glen High Performance Tennis Camp I can help your young athlete conquer their game physically and mentally thru high performance training. I am a marathon runner and triathlete and can train you to do your first or fifth favorite discipline. Whether your goal is to train for something specific or to just obtain an overall wellness I can help get you started and on the right track to achieving your goals.
